Within this site, you may print off your New Patient Forms and fill them out before you visit our office (see Patient Forms).  Dr. Comey will then begin with a thorough consultation and examination to assess your areas of concern, as well as carefully consider your health history.  Only after this initial examination and consultation will he determine whether he will accept your case and offer a recommended course of treatment. 

Based on the analysis of your initial consultation and examination, your treatment may consist of chiropractic adjustments, as well as other therapies and rehabilitation.  Your treatment plan will be customized to you so that we can provide the best possible solution to your health concern.  If Dr. Comey does not believe your case is one that he can help, he will assist you in finding the appropriate provider for your condition.
